612香港紀念展覽館是鄔小鶴博士所發起的，2021年我來英國的目的，就是為了讓香港在反送運的事情向全球展覽，並且以中英文的文字展覽出來，期望大家都真正明白有關香港這次超過三分之一的香港市民參加的一場反送中運動的背景、內容、進行和結局。香港人的目的就是要一個按著中英聯合聲明和基本法的內容實施的香港的民主和自由。

香港人在九七年被迫接受一國兩制的模式，港人治港，而且維持五十年不變的模式，香港人也認命接受這個方案。自由、民主和法治，香港人的最終底線，只要一國兩制仍然在自由、民主和獨立法制下，香港人沒有理由會出來生事。

可惜！中共不斷要將牠們的獨裁政治和黑社會的組織來侵蝕香港的普世價值,而用謊言和恐嚇來破壞一國兩制。2015年的佔運動，就是中共破壞了對香港的承諾，企圖將香港成為一國一制。到了2019年更是變本加厲，利用逃犯條例來破壞香港的法治和唯一的核心價值。同時中共更漠視國際法，將中英聯合聲明廢除，令中共自己被以美國為首的西方國家制裁及孤立。

2019反送中運動，就是香港人已經被中共壓制到極點，香港人若不出來發聲及反對，香港人將會人人自危，中共已將香港唯一的核心價值剥奪了，香港是被中共迫到無路可走。２０１９年６月６至１６日三日內，香港連續超過一百萬至二百萬人和平示威，而中共則將香港人的和平示威定性為破壞社會的暴動，警察用暴力來對付手無寸鐵的市民，並以高壓手段對付香港學生和年青人，令許多年青人被黑警打死。而中共將牠的黑社會手段，使香港成為一個充滿毒氣的城市。

香港人反抗，就是為了保衞香港自由，及香港人的自身安全。香港人被中共的強權及暴力手段迫到牆角，香港被迫選擇爭取香港獨立。中共更推出港版國安法，來消除香港人原有的言論自由、新聞自由等基本人權。將大量異象人士以莫須有的名義關在監獄中，並且漠視國際的發聲，將香港的一國兩制消滅。

We want to spread the word to the world, and express it in Chinese and English. I hope everyone can truly understand the relevant issues. The background, content, process and outcome of an anti-extradition movement in Hong Kong that more than about 3 million of Hong Kong citizens participated in. The purpose of Hong Kong people is to implement democracy and freedom in Hong Kong in accordance with the content of the Sino-British Joint Declaration and the Basic Law. Hong Kong people were forced to accept the one country, two systems model in 1997, where Hong Kong people ruled Hong Kong, and the model remained unchanged for 50 years, and Hong Kong people also resigned to accept this plan. Freedom, democracy and the rule of law are the ultimate bottom line for Hong Kong people. As long as the one country, two systems are still under the freedom, democracy and independent legal system, there is no reason for Hong Kong people to come out and make trouble. pity! The CCP continues to erode Hong Kong's universal values with its dictatorship and underworld organizations, and uses lies and intimidation to destroy the one country, two systems. The Occupy movement in 2015 was the CCP breaking its promise to Hong Kong in an attempt to make Hong Kong one country, one system. In 2019, it intensified, using the extradition bill to undermine the rule of law and the only core value in Hong Kong. At the same time, the CCP ignored international law and abolished the Sino-British Joint Declaration, making the CCP itself sanctioned and isolated by Western countries headed by the United States. The anti-extradition movement in 2019 means that Hong Kong people have been suppressed to the extreme by the CCP. 612香港動力創辦人鄔小鶴牧師，是一位來自香港來到英國的其中一位抗爭者，鄔小鶴牧師曾在香港兩間慈善團體做總幹事達３０年。是一位信義宗神學院畢業的牧師。他曾開辦了兩間國際宣教及救災扶貧的慈善團體。並且在慈善團體中組織多個救災扶貧工，也曾在中國重建及開辦共五間學校，包括兩間中學。在2019年反送中運動期間，鄔牧師和其團隊積極參與及投入反送中運動，並且開始將反送中運動的事，記錄下來，寫成一本書，就是暴政下的抗爭這本書，這本書在香港出版，而且很快就賣清。

今次來英目的，主要是劃開展覽會，希望將香港所發生的事，在英國展覽，後來因為英國封城，加上將中文書的資料翻譯英文上，用了一年多時間才完成，比預定時間長了六個月才能翻譯及出版書。加上對英國還未適應，未能完成展覽會。

我們在2021底，我們製作了一套暴政下抗爭的影片，在不同地方舉行放映。2022年初提出要成立兩個組織，一個是基督教華福教會；另一個是６１２香港動力。我們在６１２香港動力的計劃上，希望能夠建立一個６１２紀念展覽館，像香港６４紀念館的模式。我們希望讓位在英國的外國人能夠清楚地去了解香港反送中運動的經過，我們取用這個名稱，是因為2019年6月12日，反送運動正式被定為暴動罪，香港反送中的革命正在這一日出現抗爭的日子。我們 聲明與香港612基金無任何關係。
